To pick up the computer, customers need to present the confirmation number of the purchase, their ID, and the last four digits of the credit card they used, so that the information can be matched with what is in the system.
Customers can only pick up their items from 9 AM to 7 PM for safety purposes.
Once the computer is ready, the business can hold it for 48 hours. After that, there will be a holding fee of $10 per day.
If a family member picks up the purchase, they will be responsible for any issues that may arise with the product.
Please note that after ringing the doorbell, customers need to step back one yard for safety reasons.

1-Year Warranty (+$60, covers defects for 1 year)
2-Year Warranty (+$80, covers defects for 2 years)
3-Year Warranty (+$199, covers defects for 3 years)
Warranty Coverage:
All PC parts are covered under the warranty, except for SSDs and hard drives.
The monitor included in bundles is also covered by the warranty.
If a part is defective within the warranty period, simply return it, and we'll replace it at no additional cost. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
All returned parts will be tested with specialized equipment to verify the defect.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover intentional damage to parts.
The customer must provide a valid purchase confirmation number to activate the warranty.
